The Ronald McDonald House of Long Island (RMH-LI) recently completed a two-year, five million dollar value renovation called Project Design. The initiative transformed our 44,000 sq. foot home. With the help of generous leaders in the interior design industry including Kravet Inc. and NYC&G (New York Cottages & Gardens), all of the spaces in the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island were completely re-designed to better comfort the 1,000+ families we serve each year. This project focused on updating our 42 resident suites and several common areas, thanks to America’s leading interior designers, generous sponsors, vendors and contractors. The culmination of the renovation was celebrated with a Designer Showcase Gala on Thursday, October 9th, 2014. The evening featured exclusive viewings of the newly designed areas of RMH-LI, light entertainment, unique silent auction bidding opportunities, dancing, fine dining and cocktails!
